2. BREAKING & SURFACE PREPARATION
- Old loose plaster breaking & removal
- Chajja / balcony damaged portion breaking
- Surface cleaning & preparation (wire brushing / water jet)
- Debris removal & disposal
3. REPAIR & STRUCTURAL TREATMENT
- Crack filling (V-groove + polymer mortar)
- Structural crack repair (epoxy injection / grouting)
- Honeycomb repair in RCC
- RCC spalling repair (column / beam / slab)
- Rust remover treatment on steel
- Anti-corrosive coating on reinforcement
- Bond coat (cement + chemical 1:1)
4. PLASTER & REBUILDING WORK
- Polymer modified mortar (1:5:15)
- First coat plaster (1:3)
- Second coat plaster (1:4 / ready mix)
- Chajja / parapet / balcony edge repair
- Drip mould / coping repair
5. WATERPROOFING WORKS
- External wall waterproof coating (elastomeric / chemical)
- Terrace waterproofing treatment (if applicable)
- Expansion joint waterproofing
- Plumbing leakage treatment (external lines)
- Sealant work around windows & joints
6. PAINTING & FINISHING WORK
- External premium acrylic painting (primer + 2 coats)
- Texture / elastomeric coating (if required)

7. FINAL WORK & HANDOVER
